About the Certified Mail Tab

On the Certified Mail tab, you can specify whether or not to include the Certified Mail fee. The Certified Mail tab also describes some general requirements for sending a mailpiece by Certified Mail.

Note: Any mailpiece or shipment using the Certified Mail Extra Service that has an Endicia label with an IMpb (Intelligent Mail package barcode) also requires the green generic USPS Label 3800N. Label 3800N is a non-barcoded label that has replaced the barcoded Label 3800. You can obtain these labels from the USPS or the Endicia web store.
